Trevor MacFarlane M.Sc., P.Eng., President, has 20 years of pipeline operations, engineering and business experience. Mr. MacFarlane holds a Master of Science in Metallurgical Engineering from Queen's University and is recognized as a leading authority in integrity management. With accountability for corporate strategy and overall project execution, Mr. MacFarlane's experience and leadership ensure that Dynamic Risk continues to produce "best-in-class" integrity management solutions and services.

Glenn Yuen, P.Eng., Chief Operating Officer. As founder of Dynamic Risk, Mr. Yuen has been a leading developer of quantitative risk assessment methodologies for the pipeline industry for the past 15 years. Mr. Yuen has presented a number of technical papers at international conferences and has participated or chaired a number of committees and working groups in the field of pipeline risk assessment.

James Mihell, P.Eng., Vice President, Engineering, has over 25 years of pipeline industry experience and leads the company's pipeline integrity business. Mr. Mihell has extensive experience in the areas of metallurgy, welding, fracture control and risk assessment. Mr. Mihell has been instrumental in the development of Dynamic Risk’s industry-leading qualitative and quantitative risk algorithms and has had extensive experience leading the industry in front of federal regulatory bodies.

Darren Shearer, B.Sc., Vice President, Technology. Darren's team is responsible for the Company's software and database management development. Darren brings more than 15 years of successful project management experience in the engineering consulting field. These skills combined with his background in Computer Science make Darren a valuable asset to the Company and a key member for all Integrated Risk Assessment System (IRAS) projects.

Grant Rubie, P.Eng, Vice President, Projects has been a valuable member of the Company since 2005 and brings more than 15 years experience in pipeline integrity, cathodic protection, third-party damage prevention and operations/maintenance. Grant Rubie is responsible for supervising client projects including staff, budgets, timelines, and project deliverables. Grant's background includes a very successful tenure at one of the largest operating companies in North America where he managed various aspects of this company’s pipeline integrity management program.

Keith Adams, P.Eng, Manager - Engineering. Keith’s team is responsible for all engineering work to support Integrated Risk Assessment projects, as well as specialized engineering studies including quantitative risk assessment. Drawing on 15 years of experience in the pipeline industry, Keith helps his team deliver effective pipeline integrity and risk management programs to support client needs.
